Fantastic!

Cairo Day Trip
Absolutely loved our trip to Cairo! We travelled by car (2 of us) from Hurghada to see the Pyramids, Sphinx, Cairo Museum and a papyrus factory. Luxor in one day!
We took a private tour with Raafat. We were picked up at 4am from our hotel and we stayed with him for the whole day. We were taken to Karnak Temple, Hatshepsut Temple and the Valley of the Kings. During the ride Raafat kept us entertained with a lot of information about the places we were going to see and of the traditions of the Egyptian people. While we were in the Temples he told us some history and stories of what we were seeing which we were glad to hear. If we tried to go on our own we would not have gotten all that information. We packed a lot in one day and the long ride was tiring. In hindsight if we did it again and had more time; taking a night in Luxor would be better. I believe that Raafat tried to convince us to spend the night and take in the Nile as well. If we had more time it would have been worth it. Amazing private trip to Cairo from Makadi Bay
We had the best day visiting Cairo from Makadi Bay. We started at 2am with our driver Mamdouh and arrived at the museum by 8:30am meeting our tour guide Hamdy. He was very nice and knowledgeable. We then went on to the Felucca ride, which was nice and relaxing. We then went on for food, which was delicious, followed by a trip to the perfume shop. No one was every pushy or aggressive about trying to sell us anything. We then went to the Pyramids and Hamdy was great at taking lots of pictures and we went around viewing the Pyramids from different view points. We finished off our trip with rhe view from the Sphinx. A fantastic guide and truely cool guy
We took the Luxor one day private tour from Hurghada with Raafat, definitely the best choose!!!. The pick up at our hotel was in time, where we met Raafat, a real easy going person and cool as well. He explained what to expect in Luxor and what we would be visiting on that day, he also explained us not only about his country and culture but himself and his familiy. He is extremele knowledgeable and will make your adventure in Egypt even more exciting as you will have the chance to meet a person who will take care of every single detail of the trip and will treat you like a friend. Highly recommend Rafaat
